Rosser was born and raised among the pines outside of Chapel Hill, NC. After being away for 14 years living in Nashville, TN, New York, NY, and Atlanta, GA he returned to Carolina in 2018 to be closer to family. Being back home allowed him time to focus on his next phase of artistry, art that reflects the stories of millions of nameless Americans.
